We carry routine service items with us, and additional parts are stored in our local warehouses for easy access. For larger problems requiring major parts, we order the needed parts that are usually delivered the next day.

“My name is Matthew Eberhart and I started working for Strategic Technology Partners of Texas several years ago before joining the Army. After traveling the world fixing helicopters, I came back home and have now been with the company for about four years. I help people learn how to best utilize their printers, assist sales reps with managed print reports and walkthroughs, and I respond to service calls. In my spare time, I trade working on copiers to work on cars, mainly Ford.”
