You might be scrolling through our learning center or product catalog thinking besides copiers, what can you provide me? 

Of course, we do sell copiers and multifunction devices. As an Authorized Xerox Partner, we are licensed to sell a wide variety of Xerox machines, from a small desktop printer to a massive production unit. 

If you have printing needs, we have a machine for you. 

However, we want to provide you with more than just a printer. We want to equip you with the technologies to transform your machine into a workplace assistant.  

Today we are going to provide a list of services we offer for Xerox users, or those who plan to make the switch to our Xerox machines, and those who are not using a Xerox device.

Services we offer for Xerox machines:

1. Managed Print Services 

Through our managed print service called eValet, machine(s) get remotely monitored for service and supply related needs. 

 eValet is a print management system, controlled from a centralized location, that allows users to: 

  • Discover what machines are under and overutilized 

  • Optimize your fleet to increase office productivity 

  • Monitor and control printing costs to avoid overspending 

  • Allows simplified billing with one invoice  

  • Automatic toner shipment  

EValet educates you on what your business is doing. From this data, you can make better buying decision or simply reallocate assets. 

For example, if one employee is overprinting on their desktop printer, you can switch their machine with someone who is under printing on their device.   

EValet allows for you to make financially conscious decisions for your business. 

2. Apps to Increase Productivity 

Most of the newer multifunction devices come with access to an app gallery with apps that can increase productivity and enhance office workflow.  

There are apps for the education environment, healthcare, legal, medical, and more.  

One of the most popular apps is the Xerox Translator app. This app allows you to translate your document from English to one of the 40+ different languages available. This app is the perfect solution for language barriers within the business or education environment. 

These apps also allow you to connect your machine to the software you may already be utilizing, such as DocuSign, Salesforce, Blackboard, Scan to cloud services like Dropbox and OneDrive, and many more.  

When utilizing these features, your machine can streamline repetitive or complex processes that often take up valuable time in your day. 

3. Auto Toner Replenishment  

Maintenance plans can be added to your machine to alleviate the stress of finding and purchasing toner as needed. 

Customers who have owned a machine, or opted out of the maintenance plan, can attest to the high cost and inconvenience of monitoring supplies and replenishing them manually.  

Our maintenance plans provide OEM toner. OEM is toner from the original equipment manufacturer, meaning it’s produced specifically for your machine. 

Out of the four different types of toner, OEM is the highest quality.  

Through the maintenance plan, we monitor your equipment's toner levels and ship them accordingly. For other supplies, such as fusers and drums, call and re-order when needed.

Once you receive the toner shipment, be sure to avoid the common mistakes people make with the auto-toner replenishment system. 

For example, when toner is shipped to you for a designated device, ensure you are using the toner for the intended serial number (machine).  

Also, do not change your toner when it says, “replace toner soon.” Soon can mean 20,000+ copies/prints are still available.  

Only replace toner when the machine is completely out and says to “replace toner.”

4. Local Service Technicians 

The maintenance plan also gives you access to local service technicians, ensuring you will always have a working machine. 

We utilize our service team and Xerox local technicians that can service your machine quickly. 

Xerox technicians have an average of 10+ years of experience with Xerox. Meaning, you can be confident that your machine will be taken care of.

5. Document Management Software (and 3D printers!)  

According to research, an average worker uses 10,000 pieces of paper each year, 45% going to waste.

Xerox offers affordable newly manufactured toner, called Everyday Toner, for most major copier brands.

Newly manufactured toner is one of the four different types of toner available. After OEM (original equipment manufacturer), newly manufactured is the second most reliable and quality made toner.  

As long as they are purchased from a reputable company, like Xerox, this type of toner will work well for your business. 

Those using non-Xerox devices can take advantage of toner made by a trusted copier company. These toners have an emphasis on quality, environmental safety standards, and affordability for the everyday user.  

The Everyday Toner can be ordered through us.  

3. Maintenance Plans for Non-Xerox Users 

As previously stated, we can sell the Xerox Everyday toner to most major copier brands.  

We can also service the non-Xerox A4 machines through a maintenance plan. A4 are smaller copiers that only print letter and legal. This way, we can monitor your equipment and send the everyday toner accordingly.
